Situated in the heart of the old town, with its maze of narrow streets and historic buildings, Saray offers you true Turkish warmth and hospitality in its beautiful hidden courtyard garden and stylish interior which is so much more spacious than you realise as you walk past the entrance.

Led by Ahmet Candan, the highly professional team of chefs, bar staff and waiters will spare no effort to ensure that your visit is memorable, and that you will return as soon as possible. Ahmet Candan has more than 15 years experience in the restaurant business, and Saray is the realisation of his dream to own a truly unique restaurant. He has travelled widely throughout Europe, and has succeeded in incorporating ideas from far and wide without diluting the essentially Turkish character of the restaurant.
Whether you choose to eat under the stars, with the soothing sound of the fountain in the background, or whether you prefer to dine under cover, the menu offers you the best food in town.On it's menu you can find something for everyone.

You can start your day after having a nice breakfast in it's beatiful garden or during your shopping day you can take a little break and go there for a nice cup of coffee or ice-cold beer. If you feel only a little bit hunger, it is also possible to have something small because they have special lunch menu for your taste.

Using only the finest ingredients, bought daily from the local markets, the chefs - Isa, Hikmet, Osman, Halit and Faik - create a wide variety of dishes, many of which are only available here.

From the moment you are welcomed in to the restaurant by the
well-experienced and multi-lingual Mutlu, you know that you will be made to feel special. Nothing is too much trouble for the ever obliging and entertaining team of waiters, led by Mehmet, who ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.

While you study the menu, they will make sure you have something to drink from the well-stocked bar.Try the house red or white wines, they are so good. You will find hard to order something after you checked the menu because it doesn't only offers you nice Turkish appetizers and traditional Turkish dishes but also special dishes from Itallian, Mexican, Indian and Dutch cuisine. Moreover, you can also try some of fish dishes the most popular one is the one they call salt-fish. It is a fish cooked with covered salt in the oven and they serve it with a nice season salad. Beside all above, Saray is most popular with it's big, thick tender and delicious steaks. They have amazing sauceses, you can take with the steaks and once you try, you become addicted.
